I had approached them in search of a nanny for my 3 year old kid. after much follow up and lot of struggle i finally heard from them with some references, after interview we finalized on a candidate, first i was told she will join on 5th Oct, then they asked me to pay an amount of 17700, so as to confirm her joining. Mind you i told them that let her join i will pay but they insisted that i make the payment only then will they confirm the candiadte. i made the payment as i saw no other way. during this time i had to stop all my other talks with other agencies as I had already paid them and they promised that the girl will come from 5th Oct.
Then after receiving payment they are telling me she will come on 6th. on 6th morning there was a no show and later on calling i was informed that she wont join. they said we will send another maid. then also no one came. then we interviewed another maid who was to come again to join, she also cancelled, similarly today also there was one more cancidate goign to join but she also ditched today morning and didnt turn up. there is no checking and confirmation from bookmybai, everytime i have called to check why there is no show. i am a working mother and with this issue i have not been able to go to work also. In between i was gettign calls from other agency too but i had to drop those cus my money is stuck with bookmybai. i have spoke to them and senior but none of them are ready to return my money. i am very aggreieved with their behavior and i just want my money back so that i can deal with some trustworthy people and not cheats like them, They are continuously refusing my request and telling me they cant make the refund. Not a single minute of service rendered. Also they never informed that refund will not be made, they are saying its at the back of the invoice. the invocie was given to me after i made the payment. they are such cheats that they dont even divulge the complete information before hand.
