Forced to take two Airtel SIM cards, unable to block one

My Complaint is against AIRTEL, they forcefully provided me two sim cards, I have been paying 768 additional charges for the sim cards every month since September 2020 though I never used the sim cards, I was told that I cannot block the sim cards prior 3 months and when I tried reaching customer service post 3 months no one bothered to assist me. This month I went to airtel office, they made me pay the entire bill again along side additional charges were applied of Rs. 214  also they notified me that I will have to pay additional charges for the un used sim cards till the time I block them and when I requested them to block the sim cards I was told to send an email to in order to block the sim cards I did send them 2-3 emails but I never heard back.
Instead of blocking the sim cards they have started harassing me by providing weak wifi service which is hampering my work life.
