Complaint regarding HDFC ERGO health insurance renewal

This is regarding a policy with HDFC ERGO health insurance . I canceled this policy on 5th July 2020 online , But they renewed it with auto debited Rs 8115 from my credit card on 16th July 2020. I raised the complete many time but every time they say our team is working on this case and at last no response ,
I have attached OTP which i have received during cancelation of this policy . Kindly help me to get this refunded back.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
