Hello Team, In the month of April 2019 I visited one of Dr Batras clinic located at secunderabad in Telangana for my hair problem. After consulting the doctor informed I need to go through a treatment plan and need pay 32 k. I informed doctor I do not have that money. She then suggested me to take Bajaj finance loan which is already in their office. On same day of consultation they themselves got the loan from Bajaj finance and I was only informed I need to pay monthly based on treatment and they provided some pellets like medicine. However after taking those pellets I had severe headache and I discontinued it’s use and after the consultation I never went for any sort of treatment from Dr batras. Later I started getting threatening calls from Bajaj regarding loan payment I approached Dr batras to cancel my loan as I dint take any treatment. They refused to cancel and denied of providing my money back. Bajaj started theatening me and my cibil went down to 630 from 870. I am having sleepless nights as I already approached online legal they could not do anything more than sending a notice. Bajaj has now accumulated 10 k additional penalty. As it’s affecting my cibil I paid 32 k still penalty of 10 k pending. Please help me in getting the loan cancelled or money being returned by Dr batras . Thanks in advance
