I had a credit shell of Rs 5505 for a previous booking. I had tried thrice to book new ticket using that credit shell and I have not received any ticket. The excess amount I paid for the three trials: Rs 1813, Rs 1813 and Rs 8200. Their website was showing transaction history of the first failed trial only. I have received refund of the first trial amount, i.e. Rs 1813. Till now I have not received refund of Rs 1813 + Rs 8200.
After every failed attempt I had informed IRCTC via mail. After following up for more than two months I lodged a complaint on consumer helpline (docket number: 2083237). Then also after following up for more than two months, I haven’t received my refunds. PNR no VQ657E
