Regarding wrong bank charges on debit card by Axis Bank

1770 rupees was deducted from my bank account of Axis Bank, Gumla branch (Jharkhand) on 18.11.2021 When I called customer care for information about this, it was told by them that instead of applying for debit card, this money was deducted Yes, when I didn’t apply for debit card, then how was this money deducted, this time it was told by the customer care that you should talk to the bank about this. After repeatedly asking and applying in the Axis Bank branch, the debit card was blocked but there is no hearing on the deducted amount. please get the amount back
