Regarding wrong product delivered by Flipkart

I ordered ZUGU CASE Back Cover for Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (1st Gen, 2018)  (Black) from Flipkart, It took 1 month for delivery and on the day of delivery I got BRA in My package instead of ipad cover. Which was really shocking for me and I requested for return and called customer care so many times for replacement of my order. Finally, they approved on 06 October the delivery guy came on 07 October but refused to take my replacement order and said We don’t have any mail from Flipkart mentioning what to pick up and he just ran away.

Second time I raised request and informed to customer support as well, But on 07-october again he just cancelled to pick up without my knowledge. Again I requested same today and informed to customer support and I don’t know how many more days they are going to take, customer support is just making fool of us.

I request you to please take some action and I have all proofs of delivered wrong package and all issues I raised on Flipkart forum.
