Regarding wrong product delivered by Myntra

Myntra’s pathetic service. Value: 989

I ordered broadstar trouser from myntra but Received wrong product without tag and they denied the return and said it is wrong product . I am really disappointed with their pathetic service as this has happened twice with me since then I have stopped using myntra.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
