I have taken membership of Bharat Matrimony which ID is H1xxxxx4. I like a profile and to message her i revise my membership in gold membership . when I want to send message then mattrimony shows me , you can not send message , only Primegold member can send message. When i renew membership then they never mention that gold member can not send message to primegold members.
At the time of renew of membership they told me for prime gold you have discount , after discount you have to pay 3800+GST, while I purchase gold membership in 2950/ where I can not message or call or chat to prime gold member. so i told to company to convert my scheme in Prime Gold membership by taking difference ( say 3800 + gst – 2950 ) . But they deny it and calling for full ammount of Prime Gold membership. Total event happens 0n 25/03/2024, I Want Justice.
