I have logged a complaint for delocation and relocation on 2nd November, I was informed by the representative that there will be no charges to be paid for the same but at the time of delocation the guy asked me for their decided charges for which I have denied so after the delocation my relocation was pending but the representative to whom I have spoked on 3rd November for the charges to be paid had cancelled my complain without resolution and my confirmation stating me that he will be checking the ivr call recording for the same since then I am contacting these till 11th November these people are providing me fake and false comments and yesterday they have denied me for relocating the same on my provided address so now I have asked them to take back their set up box an all things and return back my money which they are not doing
