Requested for service visit for Microtek stabilizer

I have register complain on 26 June for voltage fluctuation through my Microtek stabilizer and stabilizer unable to regulate voltage properly. As per the tat given by Microtek they will resolve problem within 72 hours of timespan. Today we are sitting on 8 July none of the representative contact me I only taking follow up from customer care. Every time I call Customer care they provide one new number and ask me to connect with that person. Multiple time I did this activity but every person I connect repeated the same line this will resolve in next 24 hours, but nothing is happening. Due to this fluctuation my laptop charger cost around 3500 go bad same happen with my stand fan cost around 5000. Multiple devices in my house get disturbed. Not sure whom is going to help me.
