I and my friends went to NH1 hotel in Andheri on 22nd Dec last week. We ordered some food and a 1 liter of water. After we had our food, I asked for the bill and in that, I noticed that the price for mineral water bottle was charged 40 rs instead of 20 (they charged double). When i asked the waiter why they have charged that amount he said that its the MRP. I showed the bottle to them and it was only 20 in the bottle. I asked the Manager then, he said that it is hotel price. As per SC, no hotel or shop can charge more than MRP for water. I request you to please take strict action against such hotels how charge more than MRP mainly for water.
