Service not provided for under warranty product

Service not provided by Fastrack under product warranty

I had purchased Fastrack reflex play plus smartwatch from Fastrack store in oct 2022, but suddenly it has stopped working. It’s been more than 15 days I have been following up with their customer service over a calls and email but they are not responding to my complaint.
I either want the watch to be repaired, replaced or refund whatever possible solution available
