Extra charges for dairy products violating of consumer goods act 2006. Value: 2

All the neighbour shopkeepers are charging extra 2 rs for dairy product like milk and curd when asked why they reply arrogantly mentioning how it’s common as per my knowledge mrp is the maximum they can charge, I believe this money would just look as a black money and action against its must be taken. Consumer feels helpless when it is a daily product it might be one or two ruppe but for a month and year it’s huge amount

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
