I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the ongoing delays in the delivery of Order for product “BOSCH TrueMixx Pro 1000 W Mixer Grinder (4 Jars, Black, Steel)” from Flipkart which was initially promised to be delivered by the 1st of February 2024.
Despite the initial promised delivery date, today marks the 6th of February, and regrettably, the product has not yet been delivered. This prolonged delay is not only inconvenient but also highly frustrating, considering the time-sensitive nature of the items in my order.
My attempts to seek clarification and updates from your customer care team have been met with unsatisfactory responses and a lack of transparency. This lack of communication adds to the overall dissatisfaction with the service I have received.
