Snapdeal not refunding money for returned product

I buy a Zebronics multimedia 100hm over ear headset with mic black from snapdeal, but headphone leftside speaker not work, so i need refund my money in 7 days. and product pickup 27/04/2017. and i call snapdeal customer care, but they told me wait 2 days. and i call again and again but same they said wait. and now 16/05/2017 they said me my momey not refund.
