Flight got rescheduled due to operational change and Spicejet forcibly set the destination to North Goa Terminal without confirmation from the passenger.vWe had to go South Goa and ticket were booked for destination South Goa. Now Spice jet is not offering a full refund. The distance between these two terminals is 63 kms and will additionally cost me more than 2000 for cab fees to reach Dabolim Airport (South Goa).Date of travel is 16th sep 2023.
