Replacemnet of mobile from Homeshop18 – Rs.6,199/-: Mahesh Vijay, Cochin, Kerala (Email: maheshvijay82[at]gmail.com) bought a Sony Xperia Tipo Mobile Phone (Black) from Home Shop 18 online website against the order no.926276277, dated 06th June, 2013, for an amount of Rs.6,199.00. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. Replacement of iphone by Flipkart – Rs.34,499/-: Mr. Finny Thomas of Kashipur 244713, Uttarakhand had ordered for iPhone 6s Plus from Flipkart and received same on 21st of November, 2018. Refund from Shopkaar.com – Rs.5,999/- : Gautam Kumar Prasad, Kathara, Bokaro 829116, Jharkhand ordered for a Redmi mobile worth Rs.5999/- on website shopkaar.com through online payment. After a week, this site had been closed and his order did not get delivered. He also did not get his refund. Quality complaint against Monginis cake: Ms. Dipika Mulchandani, Ghatkopar(w) mum 86, Maharastra (Email: dipikam86(at)gmail.com) purchased a cake from a local Monginis outlet at ghatkopar station west on the occassion of Mother’s day. It was later found that the cake appeared to be of not good quality and therefore she returned the cake to the monginis outlet and further it was returned to the company. Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam.
