I placed order for a mobile phone “Vivo T1 Pro” on 7th Sept for amount 23028 on Flipkart website. Out of 23028, 20K was paid using gift card and remaining 3028 was paid using credit card. But, the transaction failed and order was not placed. However, amount was debited from gift card as well as credit card.
It has been more than 1 month but amount has not been credited back neither to gift card nor to credit card. Flipkart escalation team member confirmed on 12th Sept that there is some issue in reverting the amount to source account and Flipkart payment team will process a manual refund for this. They even collected my bank details. But, since then no update. Not responding to any emails as well. When i am contacting their support team, they say that order does not exist and they can’t help as they are not able to fetch any details about this order. It is pure case of cheating by Flipkart.
