I subscribed for outlook Traveller magazine fir one year in Feb 2022 and received copies from March to July. After that I received a mail to renew my subscription as it was due. When I replied my subscription was for one year and sent copy of acknowledgement then they sent August copy. From then onwards they are sending only after 2,3 reminders only. October copy they didn’t send till now inspite of reminders. This is very unfair and cheap nature of behavior of a publishing house. My subscription number is 20xxxxxxxxxx9
