Today I booked a cab from my house to Apollo hospital Kolkata. The fare shown to me was 49rs after applying discounts and as I had an uber pass.
After the completion of my trip the bill came to 350;rs. The trip was boarded by my parents. After than my father refused to pay the amount and asked driver to contact his office. After which when my father was getting down of cab the driver held my father collar of shirt and started fighting. My fathers left hand fingers got fractured during this fight. My father in self defense also punched him which I accept. But the fight was started by driver.
I want all the compensation of the medical treatment and that of the trip amount which Driver took forcefully. Uber and driver should pay compensation for harm caused to me.

I book Uber auto from pandara for my exam . Auto driver number is 0Dxxxxxx96. When i want to take my two friends in my booked Uber auto. Suddenly auto driver misbehaving with me and left middle of the road. After he using very bad language to me. And aslo incomplete my tour.
