University not cancelling admission and not refunding money

I had taken admission in AmityUniversity(Ranchi)with form no-7009750 in BA(hons)arts with the submission of Rs51000. It was ensured that the money will be refunded if a student withdraws his/her admission by keeping Rs 1000 only. As i got selected in BHU, which is far better than Amity, i wanted to cancel my admission as the session has not started. Its been a month when i am trying to cancel my admission and get the refund through several phone calls and emails, still they are ignoring. If at all they receive the phone, they end the call without listening to my request. Being a huge amount,it cannot be neglected. So i hope some necessary actions are taken to provide me with complete justice.
