I purchased a TVS scooty Zest on finance option through Shriram Finance. As my 1st EMI was about to be paid, I received a message that my cheque has been bounced due to unrecognised signature. But after checking we came to know that it was the mistake of the bank. The bank did not save my signature in their system and this lead to the cheque bounce. So it was the mistake of the bank. After that only one check was bounced because there was really no sufficient balance in the account for that we paid rupees 500 as the penalty. After that whatever the EMI we paid was bounced due to insufficient balance whereas there was a sufficient balance in my account. Today I have rupees 12000 in my account and I received the message that my check was bounced due to insufficient balance. The Shriram Finance is not providing honest service to us. Because of such service by the finance company my CIBIL report is negative and I could not get any kind of loan from the banks.
