Used product received from Flipkart vendor

This is the worst experience I am facing with flipkart and not to suggest anybody to use Flipkart.

1. Received used & torned product.
2. Delivery boy doing misbehave & nobody has taken action after so many complaints.
3. While talking customer care only get time for 3 days to resolve issue but no action taken.
4. Tried lots of time to support & asking to contact Logistic team but they denied & dissconnect in between.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from Safal Teachers institute – Rs.3000/-: Ms. Namrata Gorava, Mumbai, Maharashtra had paid Rs.3000/- for a course but she did not attend the same and she wanted refund. She requested the institute for refund but did not get any response. Ms. Gorava posted her complaint with ICF on 11-07-2019 and the matter was taken up with the institute.
