GATIKWE – Services are worst with respect to charges, delivery timeline and vehicle was delivered in damaged condition without the ignition key. Series of events given below:
I had a horrible experience right from the time my 2 wheeler got picked up from Mumbai till the time I got it delivered at Bangalore. Even issues with post delivery as well.
The person I spoke with on 28th Mar – Mr. Sxxxxxp Sxxxxxxa who had taken my booking who Informed me that the vehicle will get picked up on Mon – Mar 28th or latest by Tue – Mar 29th 1st half. But the vehicle got picked up only on Mar 29th Tue late in the evening. He had informed that the vehicle will get delivered in 3 days or maximum 4 days. Due date for delivery was Apr 2nd or latest by Apr 4th but the vehicle got delivered on Apr 11th night around 9pm.
Then he informed me that the 2 wheeler will get loaded & dispatched the same night [Mar 29th, Tue night]. Initially he told me that the overall cost will be 3,000/- inclusive of everything. For which he sent me a QR code on WhatsApp to make the payment and was following up for the payment confirmation. I trusted & promptly made the payment on the same day the vehicle was picked up [Mar 29th]. Reference UPI .
Then he asks me for the value of the scooter on Thursday Mar 31st which came as a surprise to me. The vehicle was already handed over the helmet, vehicle keys, copy of RC, Insurance etc. to the person who had come to pick up the scooter, then why is this guy asking for the value of the scooter after 2 days. Again I asked him has the vehicle been loaded & dispatched for which he responded yes. WhatsApp screenshot for your reference
All the people whom I interacted right from Mar 28th [booking date] till the delivery date were unprofessional & rude. Initially cheated with respect to the rate/charges, lied about the delivery timeline, lastly vehicle was delivered in a damaged condition.
Please help me to claim my insurance for the damaged vehicle condition & also the keys which GATI-KWE has not yet handed over to me. I would strongly recommend all the people not to opt for this GATI-KWE packers & movers so that they don’t have to go through such horrifying troublesome experience.
