Internet Service taken for various months from various numbers of my family and they are claiming it to be fastest 4G service in Gujarat by OOKLA but speed is almost between 30 to 40 kbps. And inspite of several complaints they always says that its resolved and the problem remains persistent as usual and again I have been told to raise complaint and go through same process again and again. I am feeling harrassed. Also when I raised port request they call back and assured that it will be resolved and I recharged for internet plan but again the same problem started and I have been harrassed again to go for that same pain staking process. I need compensation from the company.
