On 27 jan 2018 I book ola on 8.39 am from Ambedkar road Narhe pune MH 411046 to Universal College of Engineering Sasewadi But because of first booking I select ride for 1 hr 10 minutes without selecting the final destination.
While traveling driver says us to update Final destination which is out of pune city. So we stop ride within 15 minutes at Sun galaxy Kudale Baug vadgoan budruk pune on 8:55 am we travelled 2.6 KM distance during this. But bill generate is not as per distance travelled and time taken by us . So we discuss this problem with customer care of ola they says your bill will generate as per your distance travelled and time taken. But bill generated is Rs 246 without taking ride of 1 hour 10 minutes. Please sir help me to stop ola unlegal bill generation without giving service
