Wrong delivery by Yale India, no refund received

Yale India main door lock – Return / Refund. Value: 5782

Hello Sir, this to inform you, that i had bought a main door lock from Yale-India website shop, i had paid 5782 INR with a committed door delivery. I had to follow-up crazily, finally they sent me a wrong product with a lower value (i have attached the photo). Now i applied for refund / return and Yale is making me run pillar to post, and its been over a week and no proper response. Looking forward for a quick resolution.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
