Wrong mobile cover from Amazon

Mobile Back Cover by Amazon. Value: Rs 392/-. My son ordered one Mobile back cover for Lenovo A 7000 from Amazon. A very small back cover was sent in parcel which was not for Lenovo A 7000 mobile. Even after repeated phone calls to the Amazon customer care they did not collect the parcel back and now they have even blocked my son’s number.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
