Complaint regarding Redmi Note 4 screen damage

I want to inform you that I have purchased REDMI mobile Last year, and it was working nicely. But last day morning I found its screen damage without any reason. I was surprised to see this. When I went to service centre, they said that it’s physical damage and I have to pay 3400 rupees for both touch and screen replacement

Phone is damaged due to unknown reason. Please look into this matter. Also when I came to service center, one more customer was found having same problem

Please resolve this issue.
