Complaint regarding JIO internet speed

Internet speed is too slow unable to surf. Value: 499. Sir i already lodged a complaint to jio team. But they are asking for 90 days for resolve network issue. But i had paid for services and jio is giving me nothing so please sir i want extension or money back which i had paid to jio
