Amazon guys are making your customers fool, and by this you are loosing your genuine customer and your value. Recently I have placed an order for Oneplus 11 5G Mobile on Amazon India on 08/10/2023. But, Unfortunately I have received Oneplus different model mobile, so I contacted customer care team.
They told me to share the images and proofs about what I have received, so I did the same. After that they told me to return the wrong mobile and I returned it. My product was picked up on 29/10/2023
I waited so long for the refund update But they were just fooling me by telling to wait for 3 4 days more again and again. And finally now they are denying to refund the amount by telling me that I have sent them the wrong product. Even I have the unboxing videos product (which I have received). But then also they are just denying to refund my amount. I dont have my phone and my money is also deducted, I am left with nothing
It’s really unacceptable and unprofessional
