I have order garments from shipdealz online shopping. I opt for cash on delivery option. I received the product on the delivery date but with the wrong product. Then I sent an email for return request but I didn’t get any confirmation from them till now. It’s been more than a week today. I am also trying reaching out to them on a number which I got the call for order confirmation but everytime it is going on hold and not able to reach them.
