Complaint regarding non-refund of deposit by Spectranet

Spectranet providers are not reliable, Their services are awful. We “Shrustii Multicultural Centre” used the Spectranet for two months and later discontinued due to their pathetic services. We are contacting them since last october for the refund of our security deposit of 5000Rs. They just provided my service request number: SR 17111079013. We have not heard from them inspite of many emails and the telephone calls. They did not process our refund. Be aware of this company.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
