Wrong product delivered by Tehali

I have ordered a lehanga through the shopping site www.tehali.com . When I received the product which is not I not ordered I got some saree which is not wearable too . When I tried to contact them trough email it’s just bounced back . Their contact number is also invalid. I have payed 1600 rs through COD. There was no message before delivery. My mother got the package on my behalf.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
