Hidden cost of SRS Travels

I booked one seat in SRS Travel online by using redbus from Bengaluru to Hubli on 23/10/2017. My ticket number is TKDJ30059751, On ticket it was mentioned that I could carry luggage of 10 kg. I had curton box with me which was less than 10 kg. At the boarding time the SRS travel’s staff asked me to pay for that curton box, which I refused to pay. but they didn’t allow me to carry my luggage with me.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
