ACT Fibernet raising bill after disconnection

I am extremely disappointed with ACT fibernet. I had requested for a disonnection of my connection and had called them at around 12:40pm to confim if its disconnected to which ACT customer care informed me that it will be disconnected by the next day morning. I got a call yesterday evening to confirm the same and I asked the person to disconnect my connection. After sometime I got a sms confirmation stating my ticket is closed. Now the worst part is I had specifically the customer care advisor not to charge me for this month to which he confirmed there won’t be any bill generated but to my utter shock I have received a text messege stating by bill amount of 843/- is generated and due date is 15th Aug for the month of August.

My question is when my service is disconnected on 31st July then why a consumer getting for the next month wherein I am not using their services anymore.

Request you to kindly look into this as this is my hard earned money which I will be wasted behind then and have wasted so far and have not got any satisafactory services.
