I had purchased an Aquaguard filter about a week back directly from Eureka Forbes company. The model is Aquaguard magna UV water purifier. It suddenly stopped working on 5th August and i raised a complaint for service. Their policy is that repair will be done working 24 hours of lodging the complaint. Till now, no one has come to repair it. I I’ve called the customer care about 10 times but all they say is that they’ll send some one as soon as possible. Complaint no. – 82847339. Because of this we now have to regularly spend a lot in purchasing 20 liter cans and its very inconvenient. I hope this issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
