Uber driver did not respond, passenger charged for cancellation

I have booked the uber ride at 5.40am and ur driver cell no refused to come and more over refused to cancel the ride himself and unwillingly I have to cancel the same immediately as he has refused to move This is a harassment to me. More over u have charged me for cancelled trip …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
