Complaint regarding Bajaj Finance EMI card upgradation

Bajaj finance emi card department people called me so manytimes approcmently 20 times in 15 days for upgrade my bajajfinserv gold emi card to elite emi card promising that 30% increase of my previous EMI card balance so that it is Rs.1,30,000 Because my current emi card balance was Rs.1,00,000. and other 7 vouchers benifits . to enjoy all this benifits they wanted me to pay Rs.4999 and i have paid it through my debit card online transaction on 14th november. but after payment my EMI CARD upgraded to ELITE EMI CARD and the limit decreased to Rs.75,000 Also still now i didn’t got any digital Voucher or physical vocher which is very disapointed. and i contacted BAJAJFINANCE ELITE EMI CARD customer care number 020-39575152 they answer me said that an internal policy my EMI card will increased in future not now. My concern is why they taken Rs.4999 by forcing me to upgrade emi card when i was happy with my credit limit and misguided me n decreased my EMI CARD LIMIT by not providind me an proper guidense ,AND also i am attaching the email proof for referance please help me in this regard getting my Rs.4999 back which i paid.
