Complaint regarding job fraud

Three months back i got call from someone regarding job in NCC construction and further said by them for different charges i paid around 46000 to them by bank transfer after that they send a mail as offer letter to me and I find that that is fake and fraud one and now they didn’t reply to my calls either mail or phone . I had their bank details which I transfer money and phone recordings with them

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
