I want to deactivate my existing Joister Internet connection from today itself. The connection is poorest and always inconsistent. It works only for 2-3 days in a week. I have subscribed for an yearly subscription and have already paid for the whole year. My Joyster id is: 919833555282

When I requested them to deactivate the connection and provide me the refund for remaining months, they simply rejected it and said no refund will be given. However, there is no such document we have signed while taking the connection.
