Complaint regarding Le2 mobile service delay

My phone le2 is in service center ( Maharashtra, Mumbai-28, Shriram Neotech). Phones sub board is damaged need to be replaced, I have submitted phone on 9-Jun-2017 and till now it is not been repaired due to sub board is not sent from the company. It been more then one month and your executive is saying that it might take more 1 or 2 months which is logically incorrect.

I had also contact on your customer care number more than 50 times during this period on (1800 30101838 and 186030703070) but not at single time I have not got appropriate satisfying reply from them. I have also contacted your head on (9004746731) which was give by customer-care and also by service center. He said that due to GST their is problem in delivering the part and he has not deadline to deliver the part.
