Complaint regarding non-delivery by overnite express

Complaint against Courier Company By name Overnite Express. I sent a parcel from Varanasi to Ghaziabad, Gaur City2, through Overnite Express on 27th Oct, 2018. The agent over there said that the parcel will be delivered by coming Monday. I kept track of it till friday. On Friday evening, the portal said parcel is delivered. But it was not received by the recipient. I asked them about the parcel, but they didn’t responded on my queries.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
