I Purchased a nokia 1100 mobile on rediff online shopping, at the time of purchase i paid once by my credit card on dec 27 2017 (have attached my credit card statement), the product arrived on jan 4 2017 at around 4 pm (i was not at my delivery address) the delivery staff sxxxxxl collected for the item saying this is a CASH ON DELIVERY ITEM (THE DETAILS OF THE CASH ON DELIVERY BILL AND THE CONTACT OF DELIVERY STAFF IS PROVIDED) , but the product is not nokia 1100 it is a duplicate china mobile so i returned the product and went to rediff to get the refund, the rediff.com provided only one refund that is made by credit card the other refund they are not providing.
