This is to bring to your notice about the poor response being given by Tikona Infinet Pvt Limited.
Sir , I was using Tikona broadband services against service Id. 1117119286. After using it for around one year , I was not in the need of this connection so i called to customer care many number of times from my registered phone number and after long call waiting every time and more than 30 mins talk to customer care executive, I was unable to get it disconnect in numerous attempts . Customer care executives told me that she can not process disconnection request as she will be penalised by deducting some incentive to her . Finally i stopped paying bills to tikona as i have no option left . Then afterwards they disconnected my connection . Now i am receiving treating calls from the lawyers of the Tikona infinite Pvt.Limited to pay amount Rs. 3150 or ready Rs 52000 to pay in courts.

Please help in this concern . If the customer care of any company behaves in such ways what option a consumer can have ?
