Complaint regarding Uber charges

Tuesday at 4.39 pm i took an UBER trip from Ha 172 to CB 56. It shoe me 19 but charged me 59.53. Saturday 2.04 they did the same thing for the same destination., HA 172 to CB 56 Saltlake. First they denied of such thing happening. Since them I have taken 12-13 screnshots which show that 19 rs is the fare.( which is on a promotion. I confirm that and the moment i alight it changes to 59. One excuse they give is that the route was not followed. The route cant be followed because it is uberpool where different people have to be dropped.

Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
