We brought our tv 4 years ago….it came up with an issue recently… there is no display… only the audio is working…. when got it checked… the technician from LG reported that the backlite needs to be replaced…. and hence he would place an order for it…. and soon get it replaced…and it would cost upto rs7,000 . I waited for more than a week… n later was informed that the backlite is no more available…. he (service man) said that he even asked in noida. …. but he couldn’t find it. then they said that we will replace the complete panel which would cost about rs25,000. When question y?? They said no the problem is with panel so… I said it was checked and reported that problem is with backlite… then they said no there was some mistake we guess… the panel needs to be replaced….they are trying to confuse us…. Y should i spend so much money?? When the parts aren’t available… it’s the company’s duty…. such a bad service… no proper response to my calls…. If u can’t provide the parts… then I need a buy back!! The other companies give a buy back to there costumers then y can’t LG give??
