Had taken zoomcar service on October 19.
Issue: Zoomcar asking for Outstanding balance amount Rs.2000 against vehicle Damage charge.

Solution: please ask Zoomcar services to waive of the Damage charge of RS.2000.
I did not do any Damage to vehicle , for the preexisting scratches in car of Zoomcar services they are making profit by applying damage charges to Customers.After one day I returned vehicle they shared picture of car scratch and asking for damage charge.

Same thing is happening to me.. They are charging 1500 rs the me for the scratches which I have not made… Please reply to my email id asap. It Would provide a great help thank you
