Regarding hidden charges in processing personal loan

Bajaj Finserver (Hidden charges for processing personal loan). Value: Rs. 3000. I took personal loan from bajaj finserve. Bajan finserve was forcing to take the insurance on personal loan, while it is optional. They charged for annual activation charges. Then they charged for stamp duty separately. While during the deal, they did not discuss about these.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
